Job Description

Roth Staffing is recruiting for an e-Commerce Business Analyst (Korean Bilingual) opportunity with a leading global technology company in Plano, TX (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension, offering $42-$45/hr.

We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with the proven ability to handle multiple functions associated with the rapidly expanding Samsung e-Commerce Business.

Responsibilities:
The role will primarily involve business analyst and communication with system development team work, but will also include some traditional user interface and application module management as well. Responsibilities cover, analyze user requirements and create documents to communicate between business user and development team include monitoring and testing for new development.

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related discipline
* Bilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in both
* Over 6 years of business process analyze experience (Sales or logistics experience related e-Commerce System experience a plus)

Required Skills:
* Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interface include XML
* Must have knowledge in generating system and business process documentation
* Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills required
* Effective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staff
* Strong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise manner
* Experienced database development skills including advanced SQL programming

Preferred Skills:
* Strong business process related analysis and consultation skills; ability to lead and guide clients
* Knowledge of ERP Logistics and general logistics and supply chain-related processes
* Basic knowledge of SQL and web system management
* Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling multiple clients across different Samsung divisions
* Strong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team
* Retail or Ecommerce experience or an internship within e-commerce a plus
